Pakistan Pavilion Delights Visitors at the 12th Winternational Embassy Showcase

Washington, DC: The Embassy of Pakistan presented Pakistani culture, arts and craftsmanship at the 12th Annual Winternational Embassy Showcase held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center on December 9, 2025.

The Pakistan pavilion attracted an enthusiastic crowd of American friends along with visitors from around the world. Guests experienced the country’s vibrant heritage, from the dazzling colors of authentic truck art and intricate handicrafts to traditional attire and exquisite henna designs.  As always, Pakistan’s delicious traditional food and fragrant chai were the favorite feature of attendees.

Hosted by the World Trade Center Washington DC, the annual celebration generates comradery among the many diplomatic missions and the Washington-area community members, along with tourists enjoying the numerous festive events during the lively holiday season. This year, over 70 embassies shared their unique traditions, cuisine, music, art, and cultural heritage at the popular annual extravaganza.

Highlighting the significance of this special day, Mayor Muriel Bowser declared December 9th as “Winternational Day” in Washington, DC.
