Washington, DC: Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, Ambassador of Pakistan to the United States, held an engaging meeting on November 21, 2025, with a group of emerging Pakistani entrepreneurs visiting the United States on the Professional Fellows Program on Economic Empowerment 2025.

Representing IT, AI, and various sectors of modern business management, the participants briefed the ambassador on their areas of expertise and shared their experiences during their stay in Oklahoma, particularly their interactions with American counterparts in their respective fields.

Congratulating the participants on joining the prestigious program, Ambassador Sheikh highlighted the current upswing in Pakistan-US relations, emphasizing complementarities and prospects for cooperation in the new economy and IT sectors.

He identified the ever-growing demand in the US market, Pakistan’s tech-savvy youth, and the country’s competitive advantages in cost and quality as ingredients for a win-win collaboration between the two long-time allies.

The ambassador advised the participants to leverage their experiences and the exposure afforded during their US visit to further strengthen Pakistan-US relations by maintaining – as well as expanding – their professional networks. He also urged them to raise awareness back home and create new opportunities for mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation.
