MQM USA Congratulates Law Enforcing Agencies of Pakistan

 

New York : On behalf of the workers and supporters of MQM USA, Mr Kamal Zafar, Central Organizer, MQM USA, and the members of the Central Organizing Committee MQM USA, have congratulated the law enforcing personnel of Pakistan Army, Rangers, and Police on the success of the “Lahore Operation which has defied a huge act of terrorism.”

They said in a statement, issued on March 30, that terrorism is the main obstacle for peace and if it is “not brought to an end this beautiful, modern, and sophisticated world will revert back to the Stone Age.

The office-bearers of MQM USA also said that “terrorism, especially in Pakistan, is backed by the so-called religious factions who have portrayed the wrong picture of the religion.”

They said this trend “is also backed by those anti-democratic forces who by no means want to allow the democratic rituals to establish in Pakistan.” They congratulated the Government of Pakistan on their persistent and determined efforts to defy terrorist acts.

“They also paid high tributes to those martyrs who gave life in the Lahore Operation and said that their blood has written a history in the struggle against terrorism. They hoped, in their statement, that the culprits will soon be brought to justice,” the statement concluded.
